Wonderful Product and Excellent Service

Overall a Good Buy

I love polywood products because they handle the weather. This one came in many color options which I appreciated.Assembling was made a bit more difficult when the slots that pieces fit into were not fully reemed out - or were too small for the peg to fit into. We used a Dremol tool to file the holes a bit bigger. Once done it assembled easily

Service and Delivery Comments:
Our item did not arrive for several weeks. Did not get shipped as noted. Upon inquiry it was resolved and shipped promptly. Unfortunately it arrived in poor condition and was refused. Again I contacted customer service and let them know about this problem, upon receipt of the returned item a new one was sent and was well packaged. While first experiences were not impressive, customer service and followup help was outstanding
