Have recommended to my daughter

Bought these due to low price in comparison to other chair gliders and was totally overwhelmed with the integrity and strength of the chair. It was twice as strong and heavy as I expected. It was a little difficult to figure out the way to put it together, but not difficult to do for one person. I really love them. Take off the little metal name tag on chair back as it gets hot on your skin if in the sun!

Service and Delivery Comments:
UPS managed to break one part of one chair and the company immediately replaced the part. The holes did not match up on this piece and they immediately sent me a whole new chair. Immediate shipping and excellent communication every day on what was happening. Amazing customer service!

It's a great glider

What I found a little difficult was the fact that you have to put that cylinder-nut into the hole and then put the bolt through sop that it will line up with the opening in the cylinder and the bolt can screw in. Once the cylinder is in, it can't be moved. If it's off a little, the bolt won't screw into it. I think another type of attachment rather than that cylinder should be used.
