Choosing the right material for your furniture or structure depends on your location, intended use, budget, and desired appearance. Each product has a full description of its material. To learn more about it, simply click the linked material name and an informational pop up window will appear to tell you more.

May I request a catalog of your products?
We are a dynamic site that changes quite often, every few weeks we add new products and improve designs to existing products, and therefore our printed catalogs become obsolete before the ink is dry.
To ensure you have the best information and to do our part for the environment, we have permanently discontinued our print catalog. In place of our printed catalog, we have redesigned our site so you’ll find it easier to navigate. Our user friendly product pages include up-to-date information on prices and specs, and each page can be printed to create your own custom catalog that includes only the products that interest you!

What is curbside delivery?
Curbside delivery means that drivers are not required to assist you in unloading the product from the truck or placing the pieces in a desired location. Therefore, we recommend that you have a few people to help you in unloading larger pieces from the vehicle. The shipment will arrive on a wooden pallet wrapped to protect your purchase. The easiest way to unload your shipment from the truck is to cut the packaging and remove each piece one at a time.

How can I make a change or cancel my order?
If for any reason you find that you need to cancel an order, change an item in an order, or change the shipping address, please call us at 1-888-293-2339. Most of our items are hand-crafted and have varying production times. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee if an item is too far into the production process to cancel.

Can you customize an item with a company logo?
We offer many items that we can personalize or add a company logo to. These items will be noted in the ordering box, found to the left of the picture. Please use this checkbox to add this to your order. When we receive your order and request for personalization, we will contact you to get the details of the personalization. In most cases, there is an additional charge for this service. If you see an item that does not have a personalization check box, please call us at 1-888-293-2339, we will be happy to determine if that particular item can have a personalization or logo added to it.

Do you ship outside the continental United States?
Yes, this is defined as a location outside of the lower 48 States. This includes, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands and any international location. Simply add the product you wish to purchase to our shopping cart and click the international shipping quote button. Fill in all required information, and we will contact you with a cost to ship the products. You may also call customer service at 1-724-444-5300 or email contact@Fifthroom.com.

Is assembly difficult?
Generally speaking, all of our furniture products are very simple to assemble. Assembly time varies per item. All pieces are sent pre-cut and pre-drilled, all necessary hardware and assembly instructions are included with each shipment.

- Purchase Orders and Net Terms - We accept purchase orders from corporate, educational, non-profit and government organizations pending a credit review by our finance and accounting staff. To place an order by purchase order we must receive the purchase order by email, fax or US mail. Purchase orders must be signed documents that specify an address, payment terms, and all relevant costs, including product prices, shipping and handling, and taxes (if applicable). How do I obtain a promotional code?
When you join our email list, you will become eligible for the various discounts and promotions we offer periodically on select items. Should you receive a promotion code from us via email, be sure to enter it during checkout in order to apply the discount that is being offered. Please contact us if you have any questions or need assistance with this feature. (Please note, many promotional codes and coupons are limited to one per purchase, and are many times a limited time offer.)

Will Fifthroom.com send an order confirmation via email?
Yes, after your order is completed you will automatically be sent an "Order Confirmation" email to the email address you entered during checkout. The subject line will say "Order Confirmation from Fifthroom.com" and will contain your order number. Please review this and be sure it is everything you expect it to be. This email is your receipt – so please don't delete it! We encourage you to review the order and advise us of any spelling or numerical mistakes so that we can quickly make any necessary changes.
If you do not receive an "Order Confirmation" email from us within 24 hours of placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible either by phone or email. Be sure to include your account email address and order number. We will send a new confirmation to you.

Shipping and Processing Information

How is sales tax charged?
Items sold by Fifthroom.com to locations in Pennsylvania and Minnesota will be subject to sales tax.

Can orders be shipped to a P.O. Box?
Our primary carriers are UPS, FedEx and Motor Freight or independent carriers and unfortunately they will not deliver to a PO Box. If it is absolutely necessary to ship to a PO Box, please contact our Customer Service Department at 1-888-293-2339 or at contact@fifthroom.com , we can review your order and determine if we can find an alternate way to ship your order.

What is Quick Ship?
We have items that we created so that they can ship in under the normal production time. These items can be found by simply typing Quick Ship in the “Search” box found at the center of any of our pages.

Will you hold my order to be shipped at a later date?
Yes. If you place an order now - or anytime one of our specials catches your eye - and you want us to delay shipping, we will be happy to oblige. Just let us know when you want it to arrive - Christmas, a birthday, a holiday - we will even hold it until next spring. Just type your request in the Special Delivery Instructions, Questions, or Comments space when you are ordering.

When will my order arrive?
Every product on our site has an estimated Lead Time - the number of business days it takes for an item to be processed and prepared for shipment from our production facility. To provide you with the greatest selection on the internet, we ship from production facilities all over the country. Transit time will vary based on your location, but is generally, between 1 – 5 business days. An e-mail will be sent advising the carrier and the tracking number. This will allow you to track the item to your location.
Returns and Damage

How do I return merchandise?
It is our hope that all of our customers enjoy a seamless purchasing experience free of annoyances, but problems do happen. Before getting frustrated and returning your new purchase all together, please give us a chance to make it up to you and correct any issues. If a product arrives damaged or we made an error, and it cannot be remedied with replacement parts, we will pay to return the item to us and send a replacement to you. If you decide you do not want parts or a replacement, or if you are returning the item for any other reason, the item can be returned under our standard return policy.
Most of our products are offered with free shipping, so please be aware that if you return one of these products you will need to pay to ship it back to us. Most of our items also carry a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your return/credit should you wish to return them.
Please email contact@Fifthroom.com and include your original order number, what product(s) you are returning, and your name. Or call us at 1-888-293-2339. We will give you an RMA number and a return address.
When returning a product, please note the following:
Wrap the package carefully. All returned products must be in original condition and packaging; otherwise, additional charges may be applied.
Return the product using your preferred shipping method to the address you are provided. This may be our main office or a distribution center.
Save your return tracking number, and if possible, email it to us so that we can track the return. It is important that you save the tracking number and that you insure the return package in case there are any issues during transit.
Please Note: Unless the return or exchange is due to an error on our part, we cannot refund shipping and handling. We will issue a credit to the credit card used for the original purchase.
If it is an error on our part, we will issue a Call Tag to have your item picked up by UPS or FedEx. We will contact you when we have scheduled the Call Tag and it may take from 1-3 business days to have your item picked up. UPS or FedEx will provide the label to be affixed to your package, so please remove all other labels. If you will not be at home when UPS or FedEx is scheduled to pick up your package, please leave it where it was originally delivered. If it is a larger item that was originally delivered via Motor Freight, please contact us at 1-888-293-2339.

What if my order arrives damaged?
DAMAGED:PLEASE INSPECT YOUR ORDER IMMEDIATELY. DO NOT DISPOSE OF THE BOX OR ANY PACKAGING MATERIALS UNTIL YOU ARE SATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCT YOU HAVE RECEIVED. If your product was shipped to you by freight carrier (i.e. Estes Express, YRC, NEMF) please inspect the product for visible damage before signing the delivery receipt. If the driver does not agree to wait, note this on the delivery receipt. In order to support any potential claim for damages, you must notify our Customer Service Department as soon as possible by phone 1-888-293-2339 or email (contact@Fifthroom.com). Please send any photos of the damage via email if you are able. REGARDING FREIGHT DELIVERIES: Customers are REQUIRED to be home and MUST inspect shipment contents when accepting delivery of items from the commercial transport company. You MUST note damage BEFORE signing and accepting delivery. Customer must inform Fifthroom.com immediately for prompt restitution by emailing contact@Fifthroom.com. Please do not refuse freight delivery. It will be considered a cancellation of the order. The customer may be responsible for freight and possible restocking fees.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the product within 30 days of receipt as long as the product is returned in new, unused, and resalable condition inside its original packaging.
All products properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund to the original method of payment. Returns will be inspected prior to issuing credit. We will credit you for the total purchase price less any applicable fees. A 20% re-stocking charge will be applied to all returns. Return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense. Please note if you return a product that was offered with free shipping, our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund. Additional fees may apply if not returned in original packaging. Finally, please keep in mind, credit card companies vary in the time they take to post credits.
