Request Structure Specifications
Structure Specification Request

Only $399 Deposit for Spec Drawings!

For standard structures, the deposit will be applied directly to your purchase. When requesting the drawings for a permit, check with your building department to clarify if you need specification drawings or stamped engineered plans. Engineer stamped drawings may also be obtained for a fee equal to the cost of the drawings.

Additional drawing fees will apply for custom structures. It is always best to finalize your project, options and price before requesting the drawings as changes cannot be made to an approved structure.

These drawings may NOT be sold for the purpose of building your own structure.
