Most structures ship via independent delivery services where the driver will set the package on your driveway or nearby. This is a great service as you will not need to help with unloading in most cases.

If for some reason an independent delivery service is not available in your area the package can ship via freight carrier. If your package is shipped through freight services the process is still a simple one, and it will be even easier if you have a few people to help unload, depending on your structure’s size and complexity.
