What a beautiful piece!

I purchased this chest to store blankets and linens and to put in our guest room. It is so pretty I wished I had enough room in the master bedroom to put one there too. My husband even commented on how well it was made and the finish is beautiful. The only criticism I have is that it is a leap of faith ordering a finish from a tiny swatch and no way to view the finish on the finished product. Our finish was lovely, but I was a little nervous until it got here.

Beautifully Crafted in its Simplicity

My daughter was thrilled with this hope chest. The wood is beautiful beyond belief and the ornate carved edging is superb in its simplicity, yet elegant. The wood wsa beautiful and by the weight alone I knew it was the real makoy. We have woodworkers in our family who examined it and said how beautiful and well made it was. I like the bench aspect and the cushion adds its own beauty plus can be changed if desired. We have been looking for a few years and I am so glad I found your site and purchased from you. I am elated with your product and would never buy this kind of thing from anywhere else. Boy, Was my daughter surprised this Christmas. [...]
